Auto disconnection issue of VPN(ecatcher)

Hi



I am using Flexy 202 with modem as my primary connection, both internet and VPN is configured. Now, I want to trigger the SMS from ewon which is connected via ecatcher. Once the SMS tag (MEM tag) is triggered, ewon goes unreachable after 2-3 mins, once the SMS is delivered. I found that ewon internet and VPN connection are still ok, just Ewon disconnected from ecatcher. Anyone have any idea to solve this issue

Hi Rahul,

What Flexy firmware and Flexy modem card are you using ?
Do you see something in the Ewon logs at this time ?
Maybe better to open a support case on the ticketing system this time...

Hi Simon, 

Sorry for Late reply. The firmware version is 14.5s0 and the modem card is FLB3204_00. I have attached some screenshots too.        
The Logs seen at the time of unreachable is:

IN event logs:

*emodem-The GSM modem INIT string failed (wrong APN,?)";"ppp";79311;-27254
*emodem-The maximum number of dialout error has been reached and modem will be reset";"ppp";79311;-27225
*emodem-Modem RESET (6)";"ppp";79311;-27252
*sms-Modem not yet ready";"unact";79301;23520

IN realtime logs:

*   VPN  WriteUDPv4[] Network is unreachable (code = 101)
*   VPN  event_wait : Interrupted system call (code = 4)

Rahul,

These logs are not enough unfortunately...
Could you open a Ticket on https://support.hms.se and attach a full backup of your Ewon (including support files)

Simon, 

Ok. As per you instructed I will open a ticket on https://support.hms.se and attach full back of the ewon including support file. Actually I am from Cmos processors and this issue is faced by the customer and they asked support from us. I figured out but I couldn't rectify it.
