IO Server is not ready

Hello,

Sometimes I have to change some IOServer variables in eWon Flexy web interface and very often an error message appears when I want to update these variables.
This error message indicates that "IO Server is not ready".

The only solution that I have to update variables is to make a FTP connection to the eWon and to edit a file named "config.txt", containing IO Server variables.

Would you have an idea of the possible origin of this behaviour ?

Strange indeed.
However, we would need more details (like a backup of your application + support files) to investigate what is the problem.
I recommend you contact your local distributor. He will escalate the case to us.

Thanks for your reply.
At the moment this behaviour is not too much annoying as we can acces to config file.
If this issue remains for too long we will contact our local distributor.
