eWON Certificate Expire

I have some questions regarding the new Certificate for our eWON's. For some reason many of our "Online" eWON's are not getting the Certificate automatically. I have tried to re-establish the Talk2M connection and update firmware. But non of it helps. We have about 700 eWON's and the problem is with around 25 eWON's. 

What can we do to get the certificate on our eWON's. As yo may see on my picture from eCatcher, the eWON's are online.

Please, report that immediately to your eWON local distributor. Give him the name of your account and the name of the eWONs for which you have the problem.
We will shortly investigate what is going on.
