Connecting eWon Flexy with Pluto

hi there,

I am pretty new to the eWon Tech and have a problemen with publishing data from my eWon Flexi 205 to the Exakom Pluto software.
In Pluto I made a "Real Time Datasource" off the type "iot eWON DataMailbox". But when I try to log in to my Talk2M account it can not connect. (See Picture)

I was thinking this might be the result of using a free Talk2M trial account but I'm not sure.

The problem isn't having a free account. I use a free account with Pluto.

Do you have historical logging configured on your Flexy and export to the Data Mailbox turned on? If there's nothing in the Data Mailbox for any of your Ewons, you can get errors when you try to connect.

Hi,

I have both those setting already turned on. But I'm not sure if all the settings are filled in correctly.
Do I have to configure something else for the Datamailbox because this is how it was by default.

Hi there,

I have looekd into the logging of my eCatcher account and noticed something strange. Each time I try to log in to my Talk2M account on Pluto the following message comes up in the Log History. (see picture)
I checked and I'm filling in the richt password (*the one I just used to log in to eCatcher).
Can someone explain this to me?

Hi Sam,

The fact you get a log is normal (if the password used in PLUTO is wrong). However if the password is correct, there is a perhaps a bug somewhere.
Is there any special chars in the password ?
Can you try to create a new user with a password without any special char ?

Hi there,

Solved the problem, the password wasn't the issue. For some reason my DataMailBox wasn't syncing so the values I was monitoring weren't being send to the DataMailbox.
(Solved this by entering the command "DMSYNC" in the BASIC IDE Console and I got the messages you see in the picture)
Because the DataMailBox was empty Pluto couldn't connect and gave eCatcher a Password error. (Don't know why it did that though)

The problem was then perhaps the Data management Upload interval, which is set to 60 min by default.
