eWON status locked to 'online' in the Talk2M system - Anders - 20-01-2026 One of our Flexy 205 eWON's had the 'Online' status stuck in eCatcher (and M2Web). It was impossible to connect. The eWON was disconnected physically without any change in the observed connection status. Connection was tried from different locations. eWON was reset locally without any remedy. We made a duplicate with a new activation key. When this was inserted we could connect to the eWON, now with a new name. The old has been 'Disabled' in eCatcher. Anyone with the same issue that can explain? |
