Flexy 205 4G modem continuous disconnection - pegu - 03-08-2022

Hi,
I have a Flexy 205 with a 4G Modem registered on Talk2M that keeps on disconnecting and reconnecting again.
Any help on what could be the the problem based on the event log I attached would be very helpful.

Indeed, many modem issues.
With the few info I have, I would suggest the following :
- Check if the firmware of the Ewon is up to date. (last ver is 14.6)
- Check if the modem firmware is up to date : https://www.ewon.biz/technical-support/pages/firmware/modem-firmware-version-update
- Force the Wireless network to 4G or 3G (according to what network is used by the modem currently).
- If none is working, open a support ticket on https://support.hms-networks.com/hc/en-us or contact your distributor
