Cozy 131 VPN connection error - Jodossanto2 - 12-02-2020 Hi, My Ewon Cozy 131 was working OK until a few days ago; when I try to access it remotely it appears disconnected; I went on side yesterday thinking it was an issue that could be solved by powercycling, but keeps on the same state. I got online directly with it and it says there is a VPN Error, and in the log window I can see it trys to get connected constantly. WAN connection is fine and it is wired. Thanks. However, for now, we only give the URLs used in the doc https://hmsnetworks.blob.core.windows.net/www/docs/librariesprovider10/downloads-monitored/manuals/knowledge-base/kb-0209-00-en-adresses-and-ports-used-by-talk2m.pdf?sfvrsn=c86d7cd7_22 and you have to ping each URLs to get the IP addresses.
