Downgrade ewon flexy 201 from 14.0s to 13.3s - Manuel - 18-10-2019 Hi, I have a problem with a ewon flexy 201. I updated the firmware of the system to 14.0s to see what was new in this update, but there is a couple of things that doesn't work properly. Now I'm trying to downgrade back to firmware 13.3s but I'm have a lot of troubles. Who can I downgrade the firmware of the device? Many thanks RE: Downgrade ewon flexy 201 from 14.0s to 13.3s - simon - 18-10-2019 Hi Manuel, First I would like to know what is not working properly in the 14, so that we can improve or fix that :-) Second, to downgrade from a major version (14 to 13) to another, you need to do an "Ewon recovery" from eBuddy or using a SD card. https://hmsnetworks.blob.core.windows.net/www/docs/librariesprovider10/downloads-monitored/manuals/knowledge-base/kb-0114-00-en-ewon-recovery-and-major-firmware-upgrade.pdf Simon RE: Downgrade ewon flexy 201 from 14.0s to 13.3s - Manuel - 21-10-2019 Hi Simon, The thing is that the "ONCHANGE" function in the Basic script is not working properly. I have a bool in a Siemens PLC that starts the ewon reading process (The Flexy is running like a datalogger but saving the info in a .CSV), the variable in the PLC is changing but the Ewon script is not executing the code under the "ONCHANGE" function (The script comes from a previous firmware version). I already followed the PDF instructions to downgrade the Ewon, everything was successful. Thanks. Could you contact your local distributor to explain that problem to him ? He will most likely request you to send more details and a backup (+ support files) of your application and report that to us. Simon |
