css files automatically delete from the ftp - ktmachinex - 10-10-2019

Hi,

Today I've encounter a weird behavior. When I copy a css file on the ftp and refresh the ftp folder where I copied the file to, the file dissapear.

I'm using an ewon flexy 205 with the 13.3s0 firmware.

Here's what I've tried so far :

Case 1 - Using Windows explorer :

  1. Open windows Explorer / File Explorer
  2. Enter the ewon credentials
  3. In the address bar, enter : ftp://[ewon ip address]/usr
  4. Copy a [file].css to the ftp usr folder
  5. Refresh the ftp usr folder
Result : The file disapears

Case 2 - Using FileZilla:

  1. Enter the ip address
  2. Enter the ewon credentials
  3. On the local site, go to a folder which contains a [file].css
  4. On the remote site, go to the usr folder
  5. Copy a [file].css to the ftp usr folder
Result : The transfer was successful but the file is missing from the remote site

I've also tried to reboot the ewon but to no avail.

Any idea of what is happening and how to fix it?

Is is to be noted that in the past, I successfully copied css files on the ftp.

Hi,

I have tried on my Ewon and it works.
Also, viewON uses some css files, so that would make a huge problem and we have heard nothing like this.
Are you logged with the adm login ? Maybe you are using a restricted user ?
