as I looked at different threads, I didn't get it, how to setup the Melsec IO Server correctly.
Where I can find / set the right configuration in GX Worx:
a. Port number
b. Network number
c. PC Number
Do I need to open an MC Protocol?

It depends on the PLC Type exactly, but regarding your print screen it must be like:
If this is not enough, I need to know the PLC reference.

Eventually got my Ewon to connect to Q03UDV PLC after hours and hour of trying.
Just in case somebody is interested, I believe the key was the 0,255 at the end of the address for the system to start working.

Attached are the screenshots of the setup that works for me. PLC type is Q03UDE actually, not UDV.
I'm not sure what you mean by backup? Do you mean the whole zipped PLC program from GX Works?
