Hello,

I have a problem with pushing Data to Mindsphere.
All of my Flexy 205s aroudn the world stopped pushing data.

I get this error on one:
[X] HTTP Request response 401 [{"logref":"5d8f17d3575e43aca1e238bb43d76f17","message":"MindSphere Gateway error: 'no Authorization header found'"}]

On another I get this (this one I have offboarded and onboarded again)
[X] HTTP Request response
401
[{"logref":"567dba309c144337b5b9475a8ede9036","message":"MindSphere Gateway error: 'jwt signature verification failed: 'exp' claim expired at Mon, 21 Feb 2022 16:10:20 GMT'"}]

I also read this on my Mindsphere Lanuchpad:

MindSphere IoT Aggregate API Deprecation
Tuesday, February 22, 2022, 8:21 AM –
Thursday, April 14, 2022, 8:30 PM

Time Series Aggregate V3 API is planned to be deprecated by Mid of April'2022. Impacted users are requested to Migrate to Aggregate V4 API. Details in release notes of February 2022.

It seems like the token expires, and the Flexy doesnt request a new one??

Can anyone assist in finding what the cause for this is?
Hello,

That is indeed very strange as another customer also reported us this kind of issue.
Do you have that on all your Flexy ?

Can you give this interesting link where the deprecation is announced ?

Hello Simon,

Yes I have this on all my connected Flexys.

If I reset config and do the onboarding again, it works for 1-2 hours, then the same issue appears.

The message above is on my Mindsphere Launchpad, and there is no link but I think they refer to these Release notes:
https://documentation.mindsphere.io/reso...26443.html
However, I believe this is only for the aggregate service, and I guess you are pushing data using the standard timeseries service?

I have also raised a case with Mindsphere support, but they couldn't find any problems so they have forwarded the issue to the Mindsphere R&D team.
I'll keep you posted in this thread for any news from Siemens.

Hi Daniel,

Thx for your feedback.

Honestly I do not see how the issue could come from us as it is happening for every Ewons connected to Mindsphere it seems.

I am looking forward to seeing what the Mindsphere R&D says...

Hi Simon,

I am also thinking the problem is at Siemens, unless there has been any changes in how data is pushed into Mindsphere.

I'll keep you posted on any updates from Siemens.

Is there a way to obtain more detailed logs than the Realtime log? To see more info like the requests and responses between the Flexy and Mindsphere?
Also, how do I download the realtime log? I can only find the event log to downlad?
Hello,

No, there is unfortunately no more logs. than the realtime logs Sad

You can export them by generating a backup with support files or by using an EBD : https://tools.ewonsupport.biz/ebd/

Hello,

Today it started to work for a while. A new token was requested by the eWON at Feb 28th 10:03:36, then it worked until Feb 28th 11:05:49 (approx 1 hour) when the first error message was received.
Could Siemens have changed token validity time?

I know that eWON techs are in contact with Siemens about the issue, but I haven't gotten any updates from either.

See attached log files.

Hello!

I have the same status,
Data was pushed only one/two times in the last week.

Last feedback from Siemens was that they are working on it.

10 days now with no live data from our machines.
I got this info from the Siemens Support:

"We confirmed that all our services are currently running; this issue is only reported from the eWon devices; specifically, it seems the flex 205. We have received a response from the eWon team. They mentioned that they are not using one of our prebuilt agent development kits for their devices. Instead, they are using a completely custom agent for communicating to MindSphere.

Our R&D and operations team spent many hours reviewing the logs, and it does appear that the issue is with the (authorization) data being sent to our services. That's why we need to work directly with the developers of the agent.

I understand the frustration, and our team has reached out to the EWON development team, asking them to contact us directly to help them resolve the issue with the agent code.

As soon as we have further information, we will update you again.
"
Hello,

Indeed, what is mentioned is true and I am setting up a connection between both R&D to investigate that.
Any updates to this?

I have 5 more machines on order for delivery during Q2 (before July), all are ordered with our cloud service based on the Flexy 205 / Mindsphere.
The first one is up for commissioning next week..
