Dear all,

I've set one on my tag as a string type, under the MEM server.
I've an OPCUA client which has to write a string value into this Tag, by using his name.

This is working well, BUT, there is still one issue, only with the string tag:
The first time my OPCUA Client tries to write the value, the Ewon Tag is not updated until I force it to a different value than nothing (a simple space caracter for example)

Is it a dedicated OPCUA issue ? Ewon OPCUA issue ?
How can i do to write a string value into a tag which is not still filling ?

I did the test with UAExpert and it works fine.
What software do you use ? Possible to do it with UAexpert ?

It was with IFM LRAgent programme.
I've just checked with DataFeed OPCUA and it works....

So i forward my request to IFM....
