I have a Flexy 202 installed at a site.  The customer wants to monitor several tags on the Flexy with their BAS.  They want to use the BACnet protocol for data access.  I see that there is a BACnet IO Server option for the Flexy to retrieve data from other devices, but there is no option for the Flexy to act as a BACnet/IP server and publish data using BACnet.

Are there any third-party tools (JAVA preferably) that run on the Flexy so it can act as a BACnet/IP server for its tags?  Are there any plans to add BACnet support for tag publishing?

No, the Flexy does not support BACNET IP server. Only the client (IOServer) is supported as you mentioned.
There is no plan to support it short/mid term.

I am also not aware of a BACNET Server developed by a Third party in Java.
Is the BAS only supporting BACNET IP ?
